UCcachers and I were heading to Bradford PA. to look for a bunch of Dalamation caches. As we were nearing Corry Pa. we noticed a turtle in our lane of Route 6.

We stopped the cachemobile and tried to shoo him back off the road but this was one big and mean snapping turtle. None of us wanted to lose a finger.

Very shortly a State Cop stopped to see what was happening. When he saw the turtle he said that he knew what to do and grabbed for his gun. We all started laughing out loud.

Then he grabbed a broom out of his car and began pushing and flipping him off the road until he was fairly close to the nearby pond.

Very cool way to start off the day of caching.
