The Pierce Bridge is a High Pratt iron truss bridge, located in Bethlehem, NH. Built by the American Bridge Company in 1928, it formerly carried U.S. Route 302 across the Ammonusic River, replacing a wooden bridge that was destroyed by flood waters in 1927. In 1983, it was closed to vehicular traffic, remaining open as a pedestrian or bicycle crossing. The Wayside Inn is to it's east, and Muchmore Road is to it's west, which connects to the Profile Recreational Trail down the road.
It has a dedicated State Historical Marker in it's immediate vicinity, and it also has a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey bench mark set in the north side of its east abutment.
