The Timothy Dwight Mills House is a two-story masonry house, is three bays wide and five bays deep and has a pitched roof. The house has both Federal and Greek Revival style features. The house was built in 1833 by Timothy Dwight Mills, a farmer and brickmaker. His brothers also farmers and brickmakers lived just south of him.

The wrap around porch was added to the house in 1910. The house is in good condition and continues to serve as a single family home.
