This survey disk is at the end of the western pier of Irondequoit Bay, on the west side of the swing bridge. From November to April, you can take Lake Rd in either direction, but when the waterway is open, the bridge is closed, and you can only reach this survey disk from the west on Lake Road in Irondequoit (Seabreeze). There is a small parking lot at the west of the end of the pier.
