There isn't much by way of welcome on either side of this crossing, although Idaho has placed a rest stop a few miles from the border. There's only minimal space to turn around for those who can't resist the urge to hop out and have their pictures taken with the welcome signs on either side. But if you're driving to or from the Pacific Northwest, this is the Utah/Idaho crossing you probably know best.
