Pattaya is a jewel of a city, nestled on the glistening shores of the Gulf of Thailand. A town for men, and women, and ladyboys. If one travels to this terrestrial paradise along the main highway from Bangkok, one will note, on the municipal boundary, a pedestrian overpass, and on this pedestrian overpass, is mounted a public clock. It is large, white, and clearly visible. The clock is dual faced, visible on both sides of the overpass. The clock is also operational.
