This bike rack at Sarkey's Energy Center is a small one, but there are many others nearby. This one is in a beautiful courtyard on the southside of the tallest building on campus. In this courtyard is a large black fountain, statue of Curtis Mewbourne, a buttefly garden, several citizen memorials, a trellis with vines, skylights from classrooms below, and many various types of plants and shrubbery used in the landscaping.
