"DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1967 AT SAN JOSE. AT SAN JOSE, 0.4 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG THE ALAMEDA FROM HESTER GRAMMAR SCHOOL, AT THE JUNCTION OF NAGLEE AVENUE, IN THE TOP OF THE EAST CORNER OF A CONCRETE WALL OF A MANHOLE FOR HEATING SYSTEM WHICH IS ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE YMCA BUILDING, 130.0 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CURB OF THE ALAMEDA, 29.4 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CURB OF THE AVENUE, 7.8 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE AVENUE."
