This 1956 monument is located at a nice square of Mezokövesd, at the Mátyás király street.
A Very impressive and complex monument with a destroyed house on the top. This house symbolize the former tower of the Saint Lászlo church, wich has been destroyed by the russian army. It is standing on a concrete foundation, in the middle you can see the text: 1956. At the right wing you can read the name of the victims, on the left side the national blazon.
Easy to reach it because a lot of parking places at the surrounding.
