Official Description:
A nude female figure with raised hands is releasing a raven. There is a skull at her feet, symbolizing mortality. One foot is hooved and chained to symbolize instinctive nature. The raven represents freedom.

Per the sculptor and the SAI database:
Based on a poem, this piece is number five in a series of six.

It occupies roughly 8 ft high by 3 ft diameter space.

Stopped by to locate this piece and found the friendly owner cleaning his roadster outside while talking on a blue tooth, so asked about it. He showed me the sculpture inside his studio, which was moved several years ago to preserve the wood. The studio was dark, so turn on several spot lights and used flash to capture images.
