This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Clinton, CT. It is set vertically in the west end of the north face of the U.S. Post Office, at the access ramp. Half of the disk has been buried in concrete from the ramp construction, and although the cross hairs are clearly visible, a reset disk (-X 36 RESET 1990-) was set horizontally in the ramp about 1-ft west of the original. There is no indication that the reset disk has a PID. In spite of the coverage of the original, both disks appear to be in good condition.

This disk also serves as tidal bench mark #VM 16732, by the Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services.
The reset mark also has tidal bench mark designation #VM 16733, assigned by the same bureau.
