A three light window at the east end of the north aisle in this Medieval church is a memorial to three members of the Hewitt family of Dodford.

Anne was the wife of Robert Hewitt Esq. and died 10th September, 1860, aged 60 years;
Richard Hewitt Esq. died 22nd October, 1862 aged 69 years;
Robert Hewitt Esq. died 13th July, 1878 Aged 80 years.

The coat-of-arms of the Hewitt family is shown in the bottom of the central light, the blazon is:
Gu. a chev. engr. betw. three owls ar.
the crest is:
On the trunk of an old tree, from which spring fresh branches ppr., a falcon belled or.
and the motto is:
'Justum perficito nihil timeto'. - Be just and fear not.

The theme of the windows is the 'Birth of Christ'. Light one depicts the shepherds being told of Christ's birth by the angel, 'GLORY to GOD in the HIGHEST'. Light two depicts Christ's birth in the stable, 'AND ON EARTH PEACE', And light three depicts the three wise men, 'GOOD WILL TOWARDS MEN' - Luke ch2,vv14. Above the large panels are six small panels with the words 'The Gentiles Shall Come to Thy Light and Kings to the Brightness of Thy Rising' - Isaiah ch60.vv3.

One Richard Hewitt of Dodford was co-executor of the will of Benjamin Gurden, formerly of Daventry, late of Towcester, who died and was buried in the churchyard on 12 September 1821.
