"The Price Municipal Building is a two-story flat-roofed structure of irregular shape (roughly rectangular) constructed of concrete and light-colored brick. The building houses offices for Price City, which are located on both the first and second floors, an auditorium, handball court and gymnasium, which has been converted into a museum. Located in the northeast corner of the building is a garage which originally served as a fire station. Constructed with the use of WPA funds during the late 1930s/ the building is architecturally similar to other municipal buildings constructed during this time period. There are two main entrances to the building, one on the north along Main Street which enters the main office area and the second on the west side of 200 East, which enters the foyer and provides access to the theater and gymnasium. The foyer is the location of the Lynn Fausett mural depicting the history of the area." - National Register Nomination form
