Black Moshannon State Park - Family Cabin District - Philipsburg, Pennsylvania
This area was constructed from 1933-1937 by the Civilian Conswervation Corps and was designed to resemble a Motor Tourist Cabin Court from that period. There are 6-single room cabins, 6-2-Room Cabins and a lodge in the district.
The cabins can be rented out by the week in the summer (7-days starting on a Friday) or for at least two nights in the shoulder season. (Except January, Feburuary, and March). There is a Modern Washhouse with restrooms and showers, as well as a utility sink in the rear of the facility. A modernized play area also exists here.
