This small Veterans Memorial Park is adjacent to athletic field and the nearby high school. There are many memorial bricks with names of contributors and those who served. The retired Cobra AH-1F Attack Helicopter saw service from 1968 to 2001 in the service of the U.S. Armed Forces. It is mounted roughly 8' off the ground as part of the Veterans Memorial. The memorial was created in 2004 by the Kremmling VFW Post 9374.

Description of Memorial: The helicopter catches your eye as you drive through Kremmling. The memorial is tucked into the corner of the local athletic field by the high school. Winter is very harsh in the area, so exposed items must be durable and sturdy.
