Located in a collection of other mosaics and stained glass works in the Smith Museum of Stained Glass on Chicago's Navy Pier, this work looks like a birthday cake topped off with a circus ringmaster, elephant, lions, etc. The 2010 mixed media piece is entitled "Three Ring Circus" is by artist Amy Lowry.
The hours of availability are not readily available online...but based on when businesses are open near the Museum.... it would appear that the artworks can be viewed from at least 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is no charge.
