Motorist traveling on Route 159 in Agawam, near Six Flags Amusement Park , will first notice the neon sign for a popular ice cream establishment. Twisty's has been serving the people of Agawam and travelers to and from Six Flags Amusement Park for about six years. They started with soft serve ice cream, they carry 24 flavors, and now serve burgers, hot dogs, and pizza as well. There is a small, nicely done, picnic area in front. Twisty's is open from 9 am until 11 pm whenever Six Flags Amusement Park is open, generally April - October
