Fine mural and neatly uses the exposed beam, painted to look like the carousel pole for the horse. The Cafe is the oldest building in the New Orleans City Park. It was also known as the Timken Center (Old Casino building). The Café also offers free wireless internet aceess to patrons, and as name states operates a small cafe with ice cream and other treats. It is open Saturday & Sunday: 10am-7pm
