According to a sign on the house, it was built in 1922. It is located within the Monticello Historic District, an historic district designated on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. This house is likely a contributing structure in the historic district, although we were not able to find any definitive documentation about this other than its inclusion in a photo spread of the historic district (visit link)
