These steps are an alternate way to get from the cycle / pedestrian path that is along Highway 43 up to the top of the valley at Sakwatamau Drive in Whitecourt, Alberta.

Although these steps are not much more than about 4 inches in height, the repitition of the climb still makes these 148 steps a bit of a hike. Two by two just increases the run between the risers.
