This is a powder blue lollipop style tower built in 1993 by the Pitt-Des Moines, Inc. The capacity is 1,500,000 Gallons at a hight of 128 feet. The bulb has WEST ALLIS in dark blue and is the tower is wearing a powder blue collar.
