Springfield is actively developing and beautifying its downtown area to make it a more pleasant place for residents and visitors. Several of these cylindrical "You Are Here" maps are located outside major attractions. This one is diagonally across from the Tower Square Mall near the Congressman Ed Boland memorial on a newly refurbished busy street corner.
