This is the monument for the killed people of the Nazis in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is loceated near to the Altes Schloss (Old Castle) at the Karlsplatz.
The monument is built of four huge cubes of black granite.
It was created in 1970 by Elmar Daucher.
The text on the plaque was written by Ernst Bloch.
The inscription on the plaque:
'Das Mahnmal zur Erinnerung an die Opfer der nationalsozialistischen Gewaltherrschaft wurde 1970 gestaltet von Elmar Daucher. Den Text schrieb Ernst Bloch.'

The second inscription on the plaque:
