Long Description:
The Lucky Jim Mine was in operation from 1903 to 1911. Most of the mining camp was destroyed by fire in 1925. A large flywheel and 2 shafts remain to mark the site.
Mine Type: Abandoned Mine

Mineral Collecting: Not Known

Material Mined: Precious Metal

There are 2 open shafts but they have recently been covered over by grating. I would not let children or dogs roam too freely.
