The Bent Twig Learning Environment is a system of trails on the outside edge of the campus of the University of Southern Indiana. In this area, there are nearly 10 trails that lead to various plant and wild life. The overall trail is called the "Border Trail" which this trailhead is the beginning of. Off of this trail sprouts smaller areas that show native plant and animal habitats.
