This is the second of two sites having a plaque for the Bataan-Corregidor Memorial Bridge. This plaque is on the north side of the bridge.

Whereas the south side of the Bridge has three plaques (See WM8QKA),
the north side has just one of the plaques which is identical to one of the three on the south side.
That plaque reads:

The 4/9/1998 date below represents the date that the bridge was dedicated.
Curiously, this pylon has a 1962 marker that the other side of the bridge doesn't concerning the first vessel ever to come directly to Chicago from Europe.
