Buena Vista was a farming community that has transformed into a recreation and correctional facility area. The post card is of the older downtown area of the city - now the historic district. The coordinates to recreate the photo are form the middle of the street; not a wise place for children (or adults, for that matter). It was mid-afternoon when I took this photo and traffic was light due t o the heat.
