This house is at 22 Putnam Avenue in Cambridge. The marker reads:
"Hiram Sands House - Built by the second of three generations of Cambridge brickmakers from clay dug in this vicinity - 1848"
According to boston.internet.com, in an article dated April 23, 2001, it is now the home of Midior, a consulting firm. The article reports it was bought at the time for $1.6 million.
