Come to the the Idaho Potato Museum and you will find out interesting facts about potatoes, history of the potato the growing and harvesting process, nutrition, trivia and educational potato facts. Watch a short video presentation on how the potato industry has developed. Also see the equipment used to harvest potatoes. You'll be intrigued as you stroll through the Museum which was built in 1912.
