This OK Centennial Clock is one of two located in the same neighborhood. This one is on the north end, and another is at the east entrance. The north clock is located in a raised area, about 6 feet high, in a beautifully landscaped area filled with flowers. It is across from Mitch Park, and next to Damon Johnson's dental office.
There are over 140 Oklahoma Centennial Clocks placed around the state to commemorate the 100th anniversary of statehood. Some are located at colleges/universities, or even high schools, and some are purchased by private businesses and painted to match the company's color. Most are free-standing, four-faced clocks, but they do vary.
