Built as a Nonconformist chapel in 1828 of coursed squared ironstone with a slate roof and now a grade II listed building.
It is of a single-cell plan and two bays deep. The 'front' has central 6-paned double-leaf doors with an overlight and straight hood, it is flanked by 16-pane sash windows with stone sills and flat-arched heads. There are similar 9-pane sashes above these to the gallery. The left side has two 20-pane sash windows. The simply inscribed datestone is at the base of the gable and has a hood mould, the gables are stone-coped with kneelers. The building is placed on an ashlar plinth to raise the building above flood level, the River Nene is just across the road and has been prone to flooding over many years. The interior has a panelled west gallery.
