The Blues Brothers were a serious blues and soul duo comprised of two comedians...John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd. The group started as a comedy sketch on Saturday Night Live...but then the group was taken seriously...recordings, a movie, live appearances...and even as the music (not comedy) performers for Saturday Night Live. visit link) , we learn that Dan Aykroyd was one of the co-founders of the House of Blues.
One of the sculptures depict the musicians sitting while the other work shows them performing their act. The two works are on either side of a House of Blues kiosk in the airport.
