양양 곤충생태관

The Yangyang insectarium, on busy Route 7, is hard to miss with its giant beetles climbing up the side, and large dragonflies on the front of the futuristic style building. It is further identified by the large red "i" indicating the building's dual role as a regional tourist information center.

There a numerous interactive and educational displays geared for children, making this a really fun place for family visits. Then there are extensive collections of mounted insects from all over the world including rare silk worm moths, giant beetles, walking sticks, butterflies and moths.

Of course there is a geocache outside!
