I almost missed this one when driving by when my friend kyle told
me about the painted over sign.
You can barely make out the sign when you look.
Capacity according to my master Shelter list is 880 total basement
It also lists 362 which could be a upper middle floor
So Since I can't confirm the numbers, I estimate the total capacity at 1242 persons
