The bronze memorial is located on the facade of the building. Part of the building is now the city's police headquarters.
On top of the plaque is the heading "Honor Roll." Below that are listed the 4 wars (WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam) Below each war is the names of the dead from that war.
Above the plaque is a relief of an eagle with its wings spread. Th eagle is made from stone.
