The CB Farm & Ranch has been in operation as a sheep ranch for over 100 years and is still active today. The residence and barnyard grounds are in very good repair.

The Utah Centennial Commission has recognized and honored CB Farm & Ranch as a "Century Farm". The Farm displays a permanent "Century Farm & Ranch" sign on the property.
