The pad is behind a wire fence for safety & is located very close to the hospital. The wind sock appears to be inappropriately placed (protected by buildings) as it was blowing a gale when I took the photograph yet the sock was limp. The hospital is located close to a cliff edge & westerly winds simply howl over the lip.
There is no helicopter based at the hospital.
