In this rather surreal episode grown men are reduced to babbling tots who always obey their nanny. In reality what is happening is that a child’s ball is presented to them which is coated in a mind altering chemical. Once in a trance the presence of a nanny induces them to reveal state secrets.
Steed and Mrs Peel find that all the victims had the same nanny and that nanny now runs the Guild of Noble Nannies. Their investigation leads to the exposing of GONN as a sham.
The location for GONN is the Old Vicarage near St Mary’s Church, North Mymms.
