Homage
He kneels in front of the flags of our city, state and nation. He and his comrades fought and died for, while protecting the principles and values of this nation.
He is paying homage to the men and women who served in the branches of service these flags represent. The POW and Missing in Action Flag, in honor of those not accounted for and the hardships the POW's endured.
He kneels in front of the replica of the Good Conduct Medal, which was earned by all, for their service to this nation! Efficiency, Fidelity & Honor.
He prays that these men, women and their sacrifices will never be forgotten.
