Although the building that housed the General Store is now vacant, it still bears the painted name of "The Old Spanish Trail" on its brick front. The building is located between Jacksonville and Baldwin, Florida. The Spanish Colonial architecture of the building was used to reflect the nature of the auto route's promotional literature.
