Highway US 40 east of Fruitland in Duchesne county this bridge was orphaned when the highway was updated and widened. The bridge is across a revine with a small creek runnung through it. In 1875 route 40 was realigned around newly constructed Starvation Reservoir west of Duchesne Utah.
