The Will Rogers Mosaic is one of two here (the other is a ballerina) at the south end of the sky walk to the BOK Tower. It is on the north side of a nicely landscaped courtyard on the west side of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
The mosaic is about 4 feet wide and 6 feet tall. Will is looking over his left shoulder. He is dressed in full cowboy attire (cowboy hat, red bandana, yellow long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and cowboy boots). He holds a coiled rope in his hands. The backround of the mosaic is various shades of blue.
