Areál Kongresového a univerzitního centra je umísten na parcelách bývalých Masarykových škol v centru Zlína. Mezi jednotlivými objekty je umístena fontána. Centrum, jejíž autorkou je svetove uznávaná architektka a zlínská rodacka prof. Eva Jiricná, bylo otevreno v r.2008.
