The building at 120 N. Oklahoma is vacant and in poor condition. It is a two-story brick building with a central entry, flanked by large display windows that have been boarded up, and multi-paned clerestories above. The second floor has single double-hung sashes. The windows on the south side, second level are gone.
A ghost high on the south side reads: "GOODALL PRODUCE CO. PHONE 2000". Lower on the wall another sign reads "SAN FELICE CIGARS". This second sign would not be readable except that a similar sign was found elsewhere in town which was more readable.
