The memorial takes the form of an ornate celtic
cross on a square inscribed shaft. The cross is supported on a plain square
plinth atop three octagonal steps. The inscription and names are on the shaft.
The inscription reads

LIVES
IN THE

1914-1918
1939-45
[NAMES]
The cross was built by The Bromsgrove Guild. The unveiling
took place on 4th December 1920, the unveiling being performed by
Viscount Hampden.
