I've not seen too many of these bicycle tender tenders in town that have: "Lock Bicycle to Post - City of Kingston" on them, usually they're the generic metal posts. In any event, it's nice that the city provided cyclists with these places to lock up their bikes. So if you're in town and have a bike, you're golden.
