In this episode several people get savaged by what appear to be tigers in leafy England. There are no tigers to be found, but the owners do have domestic cats. Steed and Mrs Peel trace the cats back to a cat charity called PURR, run by Adrian Cheshire, brilliantly played by Ronnie Barker. Apparently, the normally docile cats are killing their owners when they receive a command on a device attached to their collars. Steed and Mrs Peel, as usual, thwart this attempt to control key people in England.
The clip in this WM is when Steed arrives just too late to save a victim of the “hidden tiger.”
