Salem Lutheran Church and Churchyard is located at 99 York Road in the Borough of Jacobus, York County, Pennsylvania.

The cemetery is large with approximately 1000 plus graves. A section of the cemetery to the rear of the church is where earlier burials were first held.

Both the church and churchyard are very well maintained.
