This beautiful monument is to honor World War Veterans. The original memorial was erected in Liberty Park in June 1922 by the Boy Scouts of America, Great Salt Lake Council. It is dedicated to those who served in the World Wars. It is adored by the American Flag on the main walkway through the park. You may visit this memorial from dawn to dusk.
