Located two blocks west of Alt. 75 (Broadway) on Main Street in Beggs, this is a quonset hut painted white, with a rectangular facade facing Main Street. Along each side of the hut are 9 windows.
The Lovel Buckley Post #128 of the American Legion hold regular meetings here, as does the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3654. The building is also used as a local meeting place and hosts meetings, auctions, reunions and other town events.
The front of the building is painted with the names of the posts, and also displays the seals for each post, and two 13-star American flags.
